Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water for about 10 minutes, and then drain.
Over low heat, melt butter, milk and mac and cheese powder. Add the pasta and mix well. Add the cheese and mix well. Place on a plate and wait for it to cool.
Form balls (about the size of a ping pong ball), dip in flour, dip in eggs, and then in breadcrumbs.
Fry in boiling oil (355-375 F) until golden (about 2 minutes).
