INSTRUCTIONS

  • Chop the onion and parsley in a food processor, transfer to a bowl, and mix all the chicken ball ingredients together. Roll the mixture into balls with wet hands and set aside.
  • Heat a deep pot with 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the onion and fry until lightly browned, then add the vegetables and spices. Mix and add water until 3/4 full. Cover and cook over high heat until boiling.
  • Reduce the heat and add the chicken balls. Cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or add your favorite noodles.
