INSTRUCTIONS
Cooks the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Heat a frying pan, add the butter and drizzle olive oil.
Sauté the onion and the garlic for about 5 minutes.
Add in the mushrooms and chestnuts and fry for a minute.
Add the grape tomatoes, stir and pour in the heavy whipping cream.
Sprinkle the salt, pepper and nutmeg and stir well. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally and add in the pasta. Sprinkle the chili flakes.
