1mango, cut into ½ inch (1 cm) slices
Sauce:
4tablespoonsolive oil
½lime
2passion fruits
Toppings:
20micro basil

INSTRUCTIONS
Arrange the salmon slices in a row on a large plate and add the mango slices in between.
Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp and seeds into a bowl. Add the olive oil and lime juice to the bowl with the passion fruit pulp and seeds. Mix the ingredients together to create the sauce.
Drizzle over the salmon and mango slices. Sprinkle some red chili flakes and add the micro basil leaves. Serve immediately.
