INSTRUCTIONS
Soak the dates in boiling water for about 10 minutes until softened.
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until combined.
Roll the mixture into about 25 balls, then coat them with coconut flakes.
Store the date balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or in the freezer for up to a month.
Tip: You can add raw tahini or natural peanut butter for extra flavor.
