  • Soak the dates in boiling water for about 10 minutes until softened.
  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until combined.
  • Roll the mixture into about 25 balls, then coat them with coconut flakes.
  • Store the date balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or in the freezer for up to a month.
  • Tip: You can add raw tahini or natural peanut butter for extra flavor.
