INGREDIENTS
 

  • 2 cups almond flour or almond meal
  • 1 cup almonds / hazelnuts / pecans, chopped
  • 2 cups potato flour / cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup oil
  • ¾ cup your preferred sweetener (sugar, maple, monk fruit etc.)
  • Powdered sugar or monk fruit powdered sweetener for dusting, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 355F (180C).
  • Combine all the ingredients together and form a dough. Create small round-shaped cookies (you can make them any size you prefer) and bake for 15 minutes or until they turn golden.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the countertop, then dust them with powdered sugar and serve!
