INGREDIENTS
 

  • ½ pound/230 grams red tuna steak
  • ¼ cup toasted sesame oil
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

Sauce:

  • ½ cup mulberries, or any berries you like
  • cup oil
  • teaspoon coarse salt
  • Juice of ½ lime

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear the tuna steak for 5 seconds on each side. Set it aside to cool.
  • Slice the tuna into thin pieces and arrange them on a plate (you can follow Roni's method from her video or use your own).
  • Blend all the sauce ingredients in a blender, then pour it next to the tuna slices. Garnish with chives and blueberries.
