INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear the tuna steak for 5 seconds on each side. Set it aside to cool.
Slice the tuna into thin pieces and arrange them on a plate (you can follow Roni's method from her video or use your own).
Blend all the sauce ingredients in a blender, then pour it next to the tuna slices. Garnish with chives and blueberries.
